This website is operated by Vasky LLC, doing business as Hot Take Tees ("we", "us", "our"), 132 Bridge St, Fairhaven, MA 02719, United States. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to try to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site.

Products and made-to-order items

All items are printed on demand. Colors you see on your screen, including product mockups, may differ slightly from the finished product because of screen settings and the printing process. We try to display products accurately but can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Sizing information is provided as a guide.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct a pricing or description error at any time. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and offers, including free shipping offers, are subject to the terms shown with the offer, may have an end date, and can't be combined unless stated.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, they are not returnable for change of mind or wrong size ordered.

The designs, graphics, logos, text, and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
